I purchased the BOB AND BRAD C2 Pro Massage Gun with Heat and Cold through Amazon, with the seller shown as Physio Store Canada | Shop Health Live Well! The shipment was said to originate from 22635 Komoka Rd., Ontario.
The delivery arrived at 10:51 AM on January 25. I picked it up at 10:59 AM and opened it at 11:00 AM. The box had a double seal, which raised an immediate concern that it had been opened before. My pics were 11:06am, 11:12am, 11:12am and 11;13am so I had not even started using the product.
On opening, I noticed the sticker “Attention: Please remove the protective film before use.” was stuck to the box, not to the heat/cold head where it is normally expected. When I checked the heat/cold head, there was no protective film, and there were scratches on the head that were consistent with prior handling or use. These observations made it difficult to believe the unit was factory-new.
I contacted Amazon at 11:27 AM and spoke with a very helpful representative. Amazon issued a refund, but I was told the product could not be returned. Unfortunately, this left me without the device when I needed it most: I am recovering from a bicycle accident, currently not mobile, and weekly practitioner visits are not enough without home care tools.
I am writing this respectfully, but clearly: receiving a unit that appears previously opened/used is unacceptable when a customer is purchasing new therapeutic equipment. I recommend stronger quality control and clearer handling protocols so that “new” items arrive in new condition.

2 weeks after my knee replacement surgery, I had to return the game ready cold and compression machine. I had to decide whether I was just going to use ice packs or whether I should buy a cold therapy machine. I must have checked out various cold therapy machines. Mostly on the Physio Store website. I ended up buying the CalorDerm model with the knee pad. Communication with this company has been outstanding and how amazing to call and have a real person answer! I would definitely go back to the Physio Store because of the excellent service.

Absolutely the best experience you could ever expect online, I was a little bit sceptical at the beginning, not buying many things online, but they have proven me wrong. They are amazing professionals from beginning to end. I even had a prescription for a particular item I needed and I was tax exempt as it was from a doctor’s prescription Absolutely fabulous. Product is great. Could not find at any other retailer. Great for sleeping, hopefully I can afford another pair to wear through the day and keep my sleeping pair for bed time.
The ice machine looks very well made at first glance. When I went to use it, however, I realized that the sterile skin protector was not included with the shoulder pad. You would think that after spending that much money, you would receive everything you need to use the machine! I wasn't pleased.

Fast and prompt, having a hip replacement we ordered the attachment that instead of holding a bag of peas or something similar you attach the pad, turn on machine and instant relief. My wife had a knee replacement and used the same machine to keep the swelling down which hastened healing. Well worth the dollars.

I sustained a 5th metatarsal fracture and after some research, decided to purchase an Aircast walking boot. While the price was a bit more expensive than Amazon, The Physio Store’s delivery was much better, and I always prefer to buy Canadian whenever possible. I placed my order online on September 5th and it was shipped September 6th. While not requiring any direct contact with anyone, I appreciated the email updates on my order. I would recommend them, and should the need arise, not hesitate to order from them again.
The Ossur cold rush machine is fantastic for recovery post total knee replacement. The physio store was super quick with delivery. I had the machine less than 24 hours after I ordered it!
I purchased these cold packs for after physio workout. Wrapped in a towel they lasted for at least 35 minutes of cooling pleasure.

The service was great... staff so helpful. But unfortunately the brace wasn't for me. The rigid back on the brace did not conform to my back enough to provide the support I needed as there was a big gap between my lower back and the brace. And when I cinched up the brace around my hips, the brace constantly slid up to my narrower waist, causing the boning in the brace to dig into my ribs. I had to keep pulling it down. Another issue was that the shoulder straps would not lay flat. The edges of the straps would pinch together and then dig into my shoulders. Unfortunately I had to return the item.
I have purchased several items from the Physio Store online and can recommend their service. After searching everywhere for a medium density foam roller, I was able to find the perfect product, an OPTP Pro-Roller that will stand the test of time. I also appreciated the real reviews on their web site.
I live about 400 km from the physio Store so the transaction was done via email with Bill. Awesome service. Bill dealt with Blue Cross on my behalf and the Empi Tens unit and accessories were approved. Immediately shipped to me and I had it within a couple of days. Price was not great but decent compared to other places that had it. It worked, other places we ordered from said it was compatible but didn't fit. Shipping was fast but courier was terrible, it came early than notice said and we were out. There was no notice as to how to pick it. No option for redelivery.

I've been asked by The Physio Store to comment about the medium PowerBreathe Plus, but since I've only been using it for ten days, the jury is still out. However, since the product was about $25 less than Amazon's price, and ordering was seamless, I've given the store a five star rating.
We are very pleased with the Breg Polar Care Cube. It is small and is quiet when running. I am happy that I purchased 2 knee wraps and the Y connector so my husband could do both knees at once. I use frozen gel packs instead of ice cubes and it stays cold for 8 hours.

Hi, the 2 stars are for the person who tried to help me find my parcel and gave me a refund for my parcel that the courier lost .I wanted to buy Canadian but the courier lost it. How can you lose a parcel when they have your full address and name. Regarding the self inflating airback, fully satisfied after using and testing it several times before I wrote this review to make my claim more authentic. It sure does self inflates and provides lumbar support.

Purchased a Breg Polar Wave unit with knee pad on a Friday for a total knee replacement the next Tuesday. We live over an hour away, we I tried the unit Friday afternoon, it leaked at the pad connector. Phone the store, Bill caught right back to me and asked for a short video showing the leak. Connected me later and said a new pad would be on my door step Sunday or Monday, arrived Monday morning! Great Service!! Unit works great and it really does reduce the pain and swelling.
